More than just a bakery
Knead Peace began with a simple belief: that baking has the power to bring people together.
Our journey started with an award-winning cookbook, created with some of the world's most celebrated bakers and chefs to raise money in support of Ukraine. Our latest chapter sees Knead Peace find its brick-and-mortar home - a bakery with connection, community and craftsmanship at its heart.

Knead Peace is also a place to learn. We’ll be offering our own hands-on baking classes, as well as hosting an incredible line-up of guest bakers. Whether you're a complete beginner, or looking to develop your skills, our workshops are designed to inspire, teach and bring people together through baking.

We'll be offering an affordable house loaf, donating surplus bread to local food banks wherever possible and doing our bit to reduce waste by avoiding single-use plastics and making thoughtful choices every day.
